Diana on CBS News as a Legal Analyst
regarding Non-Monogamous Families!

In October, Diana had the incredible honor to appear on CBS news as a legal analyst to millions across the country and across the world!

Diana was interviewed about our legal practice as part of a CBSN Originals 23-minute documentary on consensually non-monogamous partnerships and families: Speaking Frankly: Non-monogamy

Following that, Diana had a one-on-one interview with CBS news anchor Tanya Rivero to more fully discuss the challenges for non-monogamous and LGBTQ+ families, including child custody, immigration and health insurance. You can view that interview here: Diana Adams on “Legal Hurdles in Non-Monogamous Relationships

After Diana has spent over a decade on legal advocacy for those non-monogamous relationships, its heartening to see the topic get this mainstream recognition. We hope this is just the beginning- and that Diana has more opportunities to serve as a legal analyst!

“When the Rainbow Breaks: Queer Divorce 101”
November 12th in NYC

On November 12, there will be a FREE Event at The Norwood Club in NYC designed to educate attendees about queer divorce and mingle with top LGBTQ lawyers, mental health professionals, financial professionals.  Andy and Diana are both members of the sponsoring organization LGBTQI Family Professionals of NY and recommend this event for attorneys and others looking to gain cultural competency with LGBTQIA+ legal matters, as well as those looking for personal information on divorce options for LGBTQIA people, such as mediation, collaborative law, or litigation.
