In your Wednesday Report:
 A new survey points out that fewer than 3 out of 10 Fort Worth students in the third through eighth grades passed the state's math and reading tests in the spring. That is an 11 percentage point decline from 2019 to 2021. Reporter Jacob Sanchez digs into the numbers.
