Conference News + Opportunities

New Partners for Smart Growth (Portland, Feb. 11-13): PRN members will lead a session on using data as a planning and community engagement tool this weekend! Please join us on Feb. 13, if you're at the conference.

California Preservation Conference (San Francisco, Apr. 16-20): PRN members will discuss the challenge of vacancy and abandonment in older and historic areas, along with relevant tools outside the traditional preservation lexicon.

RevitalizeWA (Chelan, WA, Apr. 25-27): PRN members will lead a session on how the Action Agenda's central principles are applicable to a broad range of communities, from high-growth cities to smaller Main Street communities and rural areas.
Reclaiming Vacant Properties (Baltimore, Sept. 28-30): The Center for Community Progress is seeking session proposals for its 2016 conference. Let us know if you have an idea that engages preservation, or submit your own by March 1!
The Preservation Rightsizing Network works in legacy cities to preserve local heritage and revitalize the built environment. We provide ways to engage, share best practices, and develop new tools to strengthen communities for the future.
