8AM CrossFit class has moved to 10:00AM for those with more variable schedules.
Yoga will be transitioning into a 30 minute mobility + 30 minute stretch (yoga) class @ 7:00PM with Laura (stay tuned for final details, or email email@example.com to provide feedback!)
Friday AM & PM is SWEAT+STRETCH which will be 30 minutes of the intervals from the JUST SWEAT class, combined with 30 minutes of Stretching &/or targeted mobility work with coaches Courtney, Tak, & Thor.
New Strength Cycles
The ‘WODs’ vary from 25 minute EMOMs & AMRAPS to 2-4 minute intervals and sprints accompanying your strength work. Ensuring you get the effects (and fun) of both the ‘constantly varied’ of CrossFit but also the benefits of a properly structured program!
Monday: Building volume on your front squats
Tuesday: Upper pushing and pulling work
Wednesday: Alternating between Snatch & Clean hang + block work
Thursday: Deadlift pulls from a variety of heights and building the big weights
Friday: Cardio intervals focusing on recovery & pacing > score & Mobility work OR the usual CF Open Gym to make up any missed strength from the week
Saturday: Long and sweaty team wods, getting outdoors more and more as the weather warms & clears up! & Olympic lifting with Janel + Thor
Sunday: Team WODs typically accompanied by a heavy lift or skill prior & Open gym to work on your skills or make up missed work
