Join us to help shape the economic future of Morecambe Bay

Morecambe Bay Partnership is delighted to announce that it is working with South Lakeland District Council to set up a Coastal Community Team and develop an economic plan for the Morecambe Bay area.

The coastal communities of Morecambe Bay have enormous economic potential, but to make the most of this we need to work with local people, businesses and organisations to plan and create a wave of action around the Bay. If you are interested in finding out more about a Coastal Community Team and economic plan, how it fits with other plans and strategies for the area, and would like to share your views and ideas on how to unlock the economic potential to create jobs and growth in the area, please join us at our event in Carnforth.
Tuesday 7 March – Furness Hall, Carnforth Station Heritage Centre, Carnforth, 6.00-7.30pm
