31st Sunday in Ordinary Time (Year C)

INTRODUCTION

At this time of year we remember our deceased relatives and friends in a special way. We do not grieve like people who have no hope. In the communion of saints we unite with them and the entire Church.

TRAVELLING NATIVITY

As Mary and Joseph travelled to Bethlehem they relied on the kindness of friends, family and strangers. Could your family give them shelter this Advent? You would receive small nativity figures from another family in the parish during Advent before taking the figures to another home in the Parish. In this way the figures travel through our parish community on their way to the church on Christmas Eve. Full instructions on what to do and where to go will be provided.
