Cognitive Yoga is pleased to announce that Learning from Insight Out will be offered at Antioch University this spring. It will address the way the mind naturally functions to reach and teach students so that lessons stick. Establishing a peaceable and industrious classroom is frequently a challenge, but with a foundation in mindfulness and tools that arise from a decade of practical experience, this workshop is finely-tuned to meet the needs teaching rambunctious youths. If you feel like your classroom is a pot of energy waiting to boil over, this will help you, the teacher, channel that energy into constructive work.
