TIPS & TRICKS

MILLENNIAL HACK OF THE MONTH

Make sure that consumers have the opportunity to engage with your brand in a physical environment. While establishing a strong online presence is critical, nothing beats a direct appeal to the senses. Create a memorable retail experience that gives your consumers something to touch, feel, smell, and especially taste. Whether you use a pop-up store, a showroom, or a subscription box, it’s the ultimate way to differentiate yourself and leave an impression. Do you really want to make a splash? Make it unexpected. Have your pop-up store somewhere we wouldn’t expect to find your brand or any brand for that matter.

FEATURED TREND: SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Another way to give your consumers a tangible interaction with your brand is subscription boxes. Amidst the bills, catalogues, and credit card applications, retail subscription services are giving consumers something to look forward to in the mail again. They come in all shapes and sizes with content ranging from gourmet snacks to pet accessories, and even women’s hygiene products. It’s personalized, it’s convenient, and it’s the ultimate way for brands to “surprise and delight”.
