Proposed Massive Construction Project Across from MS54

A CB7 Land Use meeting will be held at MS54 on Wednesday, June 15 at 6:30 PM to discuss the upcoming construction project directly across from MS54 on West 108th Street. This is a massive project that will take place across the whole north side of the school and recess yard. The proposed project will affect all of our students for years while it is being built.

The project includes partial-transient housing, which is a major topic for consideration when located across from a middle school.

There will also be environmental concerns because of the age of the buildings being demolished, and the potential for ongoing dust and noise during construction.

IT IS IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS TO ATTEND THIS MEETING AND LISTEN AND VOICE CONCERNS BEFORE THIS PROJECT PASSES.

Please make every effort to attend.
