Come see us at the Africa Climate Conference in Arusha, 15-18 October 2013
AMCOMET Secrectariat representatives will be at the Africa Climate Conference from the 15-19 October 2013, at the Arusha International Conference Centre in Tanzania.
AMCOMET will be participating in a panel entitled The Role of Climate Infomation and Services in dealing with Uncertainty in Water Resources Management. The side event will take place on the 17 October from 18h30 to 20h00.
We will also have an AMCOMET booth with the latest information and related publications. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
AMCOMET Participates at CCDA III in Ethiopia, 21 - 23 October 2013
WMO Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Jerry Lengoasa, will be participating at the High Level Dialogue during the Third Conference on Climate Change and Development in Africa (CCDA-III). He will also be delivering the Key Note Speech during the plenary under Sub-Theme I: Climate Science, Data and Services for Africa’s Adaptation and Mitigation.
