Corona Virus Customer Notification

Dear Valued Clients,
Thank you for allowing us to serve your travel needs.
Your safety is our priority and we would like to provide you with important information regarding the coronavirus and travel to Asia.  Recently, the travel advisory to Japan was increased to level 2. Following is a summary of current travel restrictions and warnings:
Travel Advisory for China:  Level 4, Do Not Travel (US Department of State)  
Trip Advisory for Japan:  Level 2, Exercise Special Precautions for High Risk Travelers (US Department of State)
For more information, the US Embassy in Japan has issued an alert which can be found at the link below.  
At this time, there are no restrictions for travel to Japan and no airline has issued any waiver for flight cancellations or changes.  Please refer to the following five major airlines which operate flights to/from Japan.

We encourage you to review the information provided by the below sources to make an informed decision for upcoming travel to Japan:

Travelers to Asia are encouraged to purchase travel insurance which includes “cancel for any reason” coverage.  Insurance can be purchased through the following link:
For those that wish to cancel their scheduled trips to Japan, we offer the following information and services:
  • Non-Refundable Air Ticket:
If you purchased a non-refundable ticket, it cannot be refunded without a waiver issued by the airline.However, you can apply the value of the ticket for a future trip for the same traveler and airline travel within one year (Subject to rules, regulations and penalties of the carrier).
  • Hotel and Other Land Arrangements:
The terms are subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy.However, we will make our best effort to negotiate a refund or waive cancellation penalties on your behalf.
