At the June 30 CodeSMTX Open House, community members learned about the draft of the new Land Development Code and provided feedback on some of the proposed changes. A summary of the open house and feedback received is included below and a detailed summary can be found Here. What's Next
In the months ahead, the community will have the opportunity to review and comment on the Draft Code document. The Code will then be scheduled to go to policy makers for consideration and adoption during the Fall of 2016.
