ACE Recordkeeping Requirements
 

 
Keeping import and export records for CBP are now easier because of ACE, the new Automated Commercial Environment.  No more paper copies!  As long as you have the data input into your ACE portal, your U.S. Customs broker can pull a report very easily and the data will be accessible at your fingertips.
