Some quick things to think about regarding your SmartVox service as your business opens back up
SmartVox Offices Remain Closed
SmartVox offices will remain closed but our service and support will continue
This is Eric Loyd, CEO of Bitnetix Incorporated, the company that owns SmartVox. I know some of you are at businesses that are starting to reopen after weeks and months of lockdowns and shutdowns. I want to start by saying "thank you" for continuing to be part of our extended SmartVox family. I also want to remind you of two things that will make your SmartVox phone service continue to help you during these transitional times.
First, a reminder that SmartVox offers mobile and desktop apps that work just like our desktop phones do. Available for Android, IOS, Windows, and Mac, you'll need speakers and a microphone (or a headset) for a desktop or laptop computer.
Second, if you updated your E911 address information because you changed where you were working over the past few weeks, you'll need to change it back. You can do that at https://www.smartvox.com/support/e911.
And as a bonus, don't forget that you can literally take your SmartVox desktop phone to a new location, plug it into power and network, and it should "just work" as it does today.
Since our offices are closed, email at firstname.lastname@example.org remains the best way to contact us for any reason or you can tweet us @SmartVox and include the word "support" or "not working" or "need help." Either way, a support ticket will be generated and my talented team will assist you quickly.
Remember, be healthy, wear a mask, wash your hands, stay at least six feet (two meters) away from everyone you can, and try to enjoy the beginnings of summer!
