Some Customers Affected by Outage

Our upstream provider is reporting a partial outage affecting "some" customers' incoming numbers.  Unfortunately, it looks like "some" of their customers are "some" of our customers.  We have no additional information on the cause or the potential resolution time.  We also don't have a list of what numbers are affected, but it appears that our own numbers are, as are a handful of other SmartVox customers.

Please do not report any outages at this time, as we are aware of the issues, but if you have other problems, as always, please report them to support@smartvox.com or use Twitter @SmartVox and include the phrase "need help" in your tweet.  Updates will be posted to our @SmartVox Twitter account, and when we have additional information on the cause or resolution, we will send out another email.
