Toby Crook has recently joined G21's Health and Wellbeing team as a Project Support Worker.
Toby brings with him experience and knowledge of the children, youth & families sector both as a practitioner and as a project worker. He has managed a range of projects in the Colac Otway & Corangamite Shires, helping to strengthen community & health service systems to better respond to the needs of vulnerable children, young people and their families.
May was an exciting time in progressing work in the Healthy Eating and Active Living space. Members from the seven working groups and the Backbone Support Group participated in a Program Logic workshop with Dr Helen Jordan from the University of Melbourne.
Using an experience-based co-design (EBCD) framework, local mental health service providers have collaborated with refugee and asylum seekers to co-design services that deliver improved experience and quality of care.
