As David shares, the Bible is full of tests. Jesus was tested three times by Satan, revealing Jesus' humanity, authority, obedience, and faithfulness. He always followed God's will, God's plan for a new realm built on love, grace, and forgiveness. How can we reflect on the eternal truths shared in today's service and apply them to the temptations in our own lives?

Thank you Shelley and Lexi for joining David, Nancy, and Frank in today's worship service. Much appreciated!

The Session has approved a second food drive for the Raleigh Dream Center, whose food pantry is running low. We are grateful for your generous response during our last drive and hope that many of of you will be able to participate in this one. In order to keep everyone safe during COVID,  Amy Rhoades and the Mission Team will do the shopping for the canned meat items requested. To support this effort, please send a check to the church marked "Raleigh Dream Center Donation." Thank you in advance for your generous contributions.

Edna Thompson’s older brother, Milton Griffin, fell and gashed his head and received  ten staples to close the wound. He is home, in serious condition, receiving hospice care. Please pray for Mr. Griffin and his family during this difficult time. May God’s healing, comforting hand be upon him.
