Welcome to our December newsletter! In the last month, we have been getting ready for Christmas, launching a new website for a client, and blogging about how to refresh your old website content.

Last month we launched a new website for Dragonfly Traveller. This local travel agent specialises in bespoke holiday experiences, helping their customers to research, plan and book their holiday of a lifetime.
 

 
The Christmas tree is up in the office, and we’re looking forward to our annual festivities. Later this week we’ll be heading to a local restaurant for our Christmas meal, and next week we will also be enjoying lots of food in the office for our annual buffet. We will also be exchanging Secret Santa gifts and putting on our best Christmas jumpers!

Spotlight: Introducing Google Data Studio

 

Google has rolled out a new product to help marketers put together easy to understand reports. Currently in beta, Google Data Studio enables you to create custom dashboards and reports online, using data from a range of Google products including AdWords, Analytics, Search Console, Google Sheets and YouTube. With the help of some third-party software, you can also pull in data from other sources such as Bing, Facebook and other marketing channels – giving you a complete overview of your marketing efforts.
 
Google Data Studio provides ten templates to get you started, or you can create your own report from scratch. You can pull in a wide range of data and present it using tables, graphs, bar charts, pie charts, and more. Customise your report with headings, annotations and logos.
 
Perhaps you want to find out more about your traffic sources, or dig deeper into where your conversions are coming from and how you can increase them. Or maybe you’d like to easily see where you should be concentrating your SEO efforts. Google Data Studio can help you to visualise data from different sources, communicate information within your department, and make better decisions.
