White Lake Improvement Board Meeting

This is to advise White Lake Residents that there will be a White Lake Improvement Board meeting starting at 2 PM Wednesday July 29, 2020. The meeting will review a proposed budget and special assessment rates for 2021 through 2023.

The highlights of the proposal are as follows:
WLCL Board Recommendations are:
–3 Year 2021-23 Assessment Period
–No Lake Studies or Dredging Projects
–Continuation of Weed Control & Sheriff Patrols with an average annual budget of nearly $109,000.
–Assess Marinas at rate of $49 slip (33% of lakefront home assessment) vs $400 total to more equitably share lake care costs.
–Other Assessments Rates Reduced by 10%
–Maintain Current Cash Balance in case severe weed problems are encountered
