Here’s a friendly reminder Ruatahi Medical Centre is closed on all statutory holidays over the Christmas break.

Please ensure you have ordered and collected all prescriptions as soon as possible. It is essential that you stay supplied with your medicines, so please plan well ahead of time during these holidays. 

If you test positive for COVID while we’re closed, please call Lakes PrimeCare if you require anti-viral medication. Their phone number is (07) 348 1000. It’s best to start this treatment within the first five days of the illness.

Finally, the Ruatahi Medical Centre team wants to thank all our fantastic patients for your support and kindness in 2022! It’s no secret that GP clinics have had a lot of struggles over the past year. However, being able to care for our community in need is what keeps us going. It’s a pleasure to serve everyone in Rotorua.
