💨 Allegheny County clears the air
Plus, the 'super playground' in Pittsburgh's future.
Hello and welcome to Wednesday.
We start today with the question on everyone's mind: Are Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald and actor Jeff Daniels actually the same person? No, they aren't, but we were less sure of that on Friday.
In case you missed it, Fitzgerald went viral last week for his uncanny resemblance to the award-winning actor, and that same day Daniels plugged and performed a virtual concert for Pittsburgh.
Coincidence? Yes, absolutely, and we may be able to prove it soon enough. That's because Daniels' new Showtime series "Rust" is set to start filming in the Pittsburgh area in a matter of weeks.
First person to get a side-by-side photo of the two wins.
Here's what else we have for you today: Our latest members-only I Spy, Black art in the 'Burgh, Allegheny County clears the air, and the "super playground" in Highland Park's future.
