This is a followup email on last Thursday's conversation, plus a film recommendation (free for a limited time). 

Next week I will be at an offsite workshop so we will not meet on Thursday. Instead, you will receive a meditation guide in my Wednesday email that you can practice on your own at our usual meeting time.
