Happy New Year! I hope 2022 has started well for everyone. Come join me this evening for a Wuji standing meditation (7-7:30), and a special practice of the Beginning Posture in Chen Style Taijiquan (7:30-8) -- we will explore energy flow with natural and reverse abdominal breathing patterns.
