A reminder that this evening we will not meet for our meditation and chat.

In the absence of a group practice, I invite you to follow a short audio guide on walking meditation by Jack Kornfield. You can try this right after your Wuji Standing, or simply by itself. Do you see similarities between this walking meditation and your taiji movements?
