A reminder that we will not be meeting this week (Nov. 11) as I'm traveling. 

For practice on your own, I recommend Tara Brach's meditation guide: The Return to Presence – Rest Your Mind in What Is (21 min), which dovetails into our recent weeks' discussions of mindfulness, presence and using the breath to come back to our body. These mindfulness/presence meditations are typically done sitting, but you are welcome to experiment with standing in Wuji alignment and following the audio guide. 

Alternatively, if you who have taken my Wuji Qigong course you can always use one of the audio guides for Wuji Standing there.
