Today I am mindful of this quote by Bruce Lee: "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." and want to invite you to ponder:
- What is one move (from Taiji, other arts, or daily life) that you have practiced 10,000 times? How has it served you?
- What would you like to practice 10,000 times? For what purpose?
