Hope your week has been going well! This is a reminder of our Thursday Meditation and Chat (7-8pm) -- zoom info is included below. Join any time you can, but please try your best to arrive before 7:05 if you'd like to join the guided meditation. 

Today I am mindful of this quote by Bruce Lee: "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." and want to invite you to ponder: 

  • What is one move (from Taiji, other arts, or daily life) that you have practiced 10,000 times? How has it served you? 
  • What would you like to practice 10,000 times? For what purpose? 
Bring your thoughts to share at our chat session or email me if you can't make it. :)
