A reminder that we will not be meeting this evening. I encourage you to use the same time for a wuji session on your own, and/or follow this Body Scan Exercise (https://youtu.be/15q-N-_kkrU) by Jon Kabat-Zinn, professor emerita of medicine, zen buddhist, and creator of the mindfulness-based stress reduction program (MBSR). I'd be curious to know after you've tried it, how you might adopt it or parts of it in your daily life or integrate parts of it into your wuji meditation.
