Join me for an end-of-year meditation this evening if you'd like (zoom link below). We will do a 24-minute wuji standing (you can always choose to sit), followed by a movement practice.

As we transition to a new calendar year, have you had time to reflect upon the following?  
  • What was amazing in 2021? 
  • What were you grateful for / proud about? 
  • What was challenging in 2021? How did the challenge shape you? 
  • What new project / learning/ habit / relationship did you start in 2021? What did you learn from it?
  • What are you looking forward to in 2022? 
  • What are you feeling nervous about? 
  • What strengths do you want to amplify in 2022? 
  • How do you plan to nurture yourself?
