I've been busy publishing a blog post each day, 500 words or less, as stated last week. Eight days in and it's been a blast. It's allowing and forcing me to be more vulnerable in my writing than ever before.

How To Summarize a Book

In late 2018, trying to remember what I just read is what led me to transform how I handle information and knowledge (and, inevitably, led to this newsletter).

This week Tiago Forte published The Ultimate Guide to Summarizing Books: How to Distill Ideas to Accelerate Your Learning.

GRVAT Update

I'm running virtually across Tennessee in the Great Virtual Race Across Tennessee 1000k (GRVAT). 634 miles (5 miles/day) between May 1 until August 31st. For the push to the finish, I'm tracking it on a big, visible whiteboard right next to my computer screen.

I had a few rough days last week but gained some ground over the weekend. 70 miles in for the month, the finish line is starting to get closer as my body is showing signs of getting stronger.
