Summer in DC is, well... hot! And I wouldn't have it any other way, these summers remind me of my Louisiana roots!
So many exciting and cool, cultural opportunities presented themselves this summer from teaching at Wanderlust in Snowshoe, WV to leading a yoga rave in the French Alps at the Chamonix Yoga Festival with the lululemon Paris crew!
Lots of soul searching going on these days for me, I'm ready to implement change, choose new paths and deeply honor the beautiful gifts I have in my life.
Join me this Fall for some deep and heartening collaborations with beautiful friends and loving circles.

Ecstatic Dance and Yoga Flow
We are all born knowing how to dance; this inherent movement is well documented as one of the oldest planetary yogas. Yet we can forget about the liberating wisdom of our original movement. We’ll begin with a brief history of the repression and revival of ecstatic movement and dancing mystics incorporating the history of Tantric and Bhakti yoga. Then we’ll experience a yogic process based in sahaja yoga, the spontaneous flow, as an exploration of free-form, breath-initiated movement to liberate our creative life force and cultivate embodied freedom.
A strong, meditative, heart pumping flow, followed by dancing led by the incredible Rob Hess
