The AC Hotel has a secret weapon. Besides the stunning view of the Columbia River, the modern chic atmosphere, and the local history artfully displayed in the halls, they have an award winning chef! Chef Tanner Ponick is preparing to showcase the best of Northwest Summer cuisine.
  • To begin, a Wild Arugula Salad, fresh cherries, pickled rhubarb, fresh ricotta, and white balsamic vinaigrette. House made artisan rolls and honey butter, too.
  • Your choice of entree:
    • Vegan Mushroom Ragout - spicy mushroom ragout over risotto - tomato, while mushroom, golden raisin, olives, cilantro oil and potato
    • Grilled Salmon - Grilled salmon and pistachio on soft polenta, haricot, goat cheese, and herb butter
