There are a lot of volunteer opportunities available – at all levels and expertise. The volunteer application form lets members identify interests and time commitments, and IABC/Toronto to assign volunteer responsibilities based on interest.

Want to give back?

Bring old pairs of eyeglasses with any prescription, readers and sunglasses without prescriptions to the event and help someone in need. These will then be donated to Medical Ministry International Canada’s vision program where teams set up temporary clinics to assess patients’ eyes, distribute glasses and perform surgeries for cataracts, glaucoma and other ocular diseases.

Join award-winning independent writer, director and producer James Hyslop for an entertaining and hands-on 90-minute session on storytelling in corporate videos.

The evening session will include a 60-minute workshop on the elements of video production, followed by group assignments on a specific scenario, for example crisis management, a product launch, corporate image, a cause or CSR initiative, etc. Groups will present their stories to James Hyslop for feedback and discussion.
 
This workshop is intended for mid- to senior-level communication, marketing and PR professionals.
