Conde Nast Traveler

Salt’s Cure was recently recognized as #4 of L.A.’s 23 BEST RESTAURANTS, according to Condé Nast Traveler’s editorial team. “Order the boudin blanc, chicken liver mousse, or the exceptional Marin Sun Farm pork chop. The latter is what the regulars are having,” writes Emily Poenisch, contributing editor. We couldn’t agree more. Thank you to Emily and the CNT team for this recognition!   

National Cocktail Day
March 24th

Beginning on National Cocktail Day, Bar Manager Joe Swifka will be launching Salt’s Cure's new spring menu inspired by the music of Tom Waits. To celebrate the launch of the new menu, all new drinks from the spring menu will be offered for $8 on Friday, March 24th during Anti-Gridlock hour, 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. and the menu will roll out officially at 6 p.m., with drinks at full price.

 

Monday Jazz

Jazz has moved to Mondays! Stop by at the top of the week to hear Kyle Crane and his jazz band fill Salt’s Cure with the sounds that La La Land dreams are made of.

This cocktail is a stirred riff on the classic Aviation cocktail, made with NY Distilling Co "Dorothy Parker" Gin, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Creme Yvette, and lemon oil.

The Essentials

We’ll be at LA Weekly’s 8th Annual “The Essentials Event” on Sunday March 26th. It’s a stellar group of restaurants and there are still General Admission Tickets at http://ticketf.ly/2iRpb9p - so stop by to taste our slow roasted vegetables with walnut romesco.
