Welcoming the New Year, with all the hopes and aspirations that come with new beginnings.

What kinds of resolutions do you have for 2022?

Or, like me, do you prefer introspection? Through introspection one can review where choices and emotions stem from, allowing you to choose something different.

How many times have your resolutions failed?

Goals are met most frequently by breaking them down into smaller steps. By including awareness as to WHY you are choosing something, and forgiving yourself for past failures, you are more likely to succeed.

How can CCHW be a contribution to you during those small steps?

What can you choose today, that will bring you happiness, health and joy right away?

What energy, space, and consciousness can you and your body be to be the you that you can truly be?

What are you making so vital about drama and trauma that is preventing you from choosing something different?

What would it take to break free of the limiting points of views preventing you from infinite growth and expansion?

Teri will be out of the office January 3-7th

Plan ahead if you can, and set up your appointments with Teri for before & after the week of January 3-7.

For uninterrupted care:

Schedule with Ja'Nelle for acupuncture, acupuncture + Reiki, & herbal sessions
Schedule with Suzanne for in-person Reiki (full hour or combo sessions), as well as distance Reiki, including the popular Bed Time Reiki

Ja'Nelle and Suzanne work together very closely and you will be in great hands.

Also please note:

There will be limited office hours January 3-7.
Responses to voicemails and emails may take 24-48 hours depending on when you contact us. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Weather Policy

Your safety is important to us. Keep an eye on the weather. If there is a weather advisory the day of your appointment, please consider your safety as well as travel times. Try to let us know 24 hours prior. We do understand that weather in Chicagoland can change quickly. If this happens and you need to cancel, you will not incur the 24 hour late cancellation fee.

Note: Teri travels from the northwest suburbs to the office in all weather conditions. Unless you are otherwise notified, she will be at the office for your scheduled appointment.

Illness Reminder

If you are sick or starting to feel sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please let us know and reschedule your appointment. Late cancellation fees will not be incurred for such cancellations.

There are a number of low immune patients in our practice, as well as others at increased risk for severe illness with COVID-19. We strive to minimize exposure for all, and thank you for your consideration.
