Sadie’s Arty Party by EJ Interior Design
This year EJ Interior Design invited Casa Muñiz Design to produce a colorful room-sized carpet for their SF Decorator’s Showcase installation. Their playful design is inspired by Memphis 80’s geometric shapes and colors.
“The beautiful geometry of the rug balances the soft geometry of the bed and painterly brushstrokes of the wall covering, ceiling and curtains,” said Emma Jesburg of EJ Interior Design’s final Showcase design. “And in the afternoon light, the side tables reflect a kaleidoscope of color that mirrors the bold rug patterns as well. We’re excited to unveil our final design for all of our visitors.”
Visit the SF Decorator’s Showcase from April 29th to May 29th. The 2023 Showcase house at 625 El Camino Del Mar is located in the scenic Sea Cliff neighborhood. Built in 1927 by renowned architects Hyman and Appleton, this magnificent home is an example of 18th century Mediterranean Spanish architecture, has impressive views of the San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge and Marin Headlands, and will be transformed by their designers’ exceptional visions over the next few months.

The Skeleton’s Dance weaving workshops have been so fun and inspiring that we have decided to host a special 2-day workshop in Teotítlan with our incredible weaving partners, Malu and Alejandro Gonzalez, tentatively scheduled for November 1 & 2, 2023 during the Dia de los Muertos festivities.
