Viteza - Our Brand New Customer Portal
Dear valued customer
We are delighted to welcome you to the new TMT Analysis customer portal. You have been specially selected as one of a few initial power users ahead of a full roll out to take place later in quarter 1.
We chose the name Viteza as it means Speed in Romanian, home to our talented team of developers and customer support agents. As you know we pride ourselves on the quality, speed and accuracy of our data so Viteza just felt like the right name for our new portal.
We are always working hard to improve the experience for our customers and have been developing this portal to provide you with greater insight and understanding of your TMT Velocity service, and allow you to do more of the things you need to do yourself.
With the portal you can:
- See an immediate view on your usage, broken down in a number of useful ways
- See all of your prices in one place
- Manage and create new API keys
- Download the latest up-to-date coverage and operator lists
- See and manage invoices
- View technical documentation about TMT Velocity
- Perform test queries in real-time
You will also be able to open and view support tickets via the portal from some time early in quarter 2, 2020.
You will receive your very own personal login information via email shortly which include your Username and Password. Once you login for the first time please remember to re-set your password to something more memorable.
