MakerState Coding Camp starts Monday!

A week off of school is a week on for learning and fun!

Budding computer scientists will dive into the exciting world of computer programming using MIT’s Scratch and Microsoft’s Kodu programs to create fun, action packed, and interactive video games! Students will be introduced to iterative playtesting and prototyping through the Engineering Design Process to recreate games such as Fruit Ninja, Rock Paper Scissor, Whack-A-Mole and imagine new adventure and stealth-themed games. By collaborating and playtesting each other's games, providing feedback, and sharing code with an open source mindset, young computer scientists will succeed together. At the end of the week each student will go home with a thumb drive containing their coded projects for ongoing fun and learning. Register here for full week. Register here for single day passes.
