LAST CALL for Director Nominations in Four Alberta Canola Regions

The deadline for growers to submit nomination papers in Alberta Canola regions 1, 4, 7, and 10 is Monday, October 31 at 4:00pm

If you or your farm operation has paid a check off to the Alberta Canola Producers Commission for canola grown in one of these regions since August 1, 2020, you are eligible to be a director.

Alberta Canola is governed and guided by 12 regionally elected farmers. Let your name stand to make sure that you and the growers in your area have a strong voice at the provincial table.

Alberta Canola is seeking a Public Engagement & Promotions Coordinator who will lead our efforts in creating awareness about agriculture and canola with consumers, educators, and students.
The primary function of this role is to inform the general public, educators, and students, about the benefits of canola, where consumers get their food, and how it is safely and sustainably produced.
