Sanctuary Without Heat

Dress warmly for worship this Sunday (11/10).  Our sanctuary heating system is in need of repair and we have been unable to secure a service call until next week.  A request for service was made nearly three weeks ago, but the company who knows our system has a backlog.

Gratitude to All Responders

Kid’s Church made signs thanking Firefighters for their work in saving our homes from the Kincade Fire.  Last Sunday, they stood on the Pacific Street lawn to show them to cars passing by.  The signs are now on display attached to our Portico. We add our gratitude to all the other responders – law enforcement, national guard, weather analysts, medical personnel, and local government leaders--who worked to keep Sonoma residents and properties safe during this recent crisis.

Breaking Bread

Meals together are central to Jesus’ relationship with his followers.  We invite you to gather round the table with us for a special time of worship and communion.  We’ll eat, we’ll sing, we’ll pray, and we will know him in the breaking of the bread (Luke 24:35).  Click here if you plan to join us.

Surviving the Holidays

November 14, 6-8 PM, Room 113
Leaders of our GriefShare support group offer an evening workshop to help all who have experienced loss and prepare their hearts and minds for the holidays.

Christmas Card Signing

This Sunday after each worship service, please come to Ingram Hall and sign Christmas cards for relatives and friends of our congregation who serve in the military.

I give thanks to you with all my heart, Lord. I sing your praise before all other gods. I bow toward your holy temple and thank your name for your loyal love and faithfulness because you have made your name and word greater than everything else. On the day I cried out, you answered me. You encouraged me with inner strength. Psalm 138:1-3
