Bristol Parks Forum Update
In this update:
Festival of Nature, Volunteers Needed
Following a successful day in Bath the new Parks Foundation ‘Your Park’ stand will be in Queen’s Square for the Bristol Festival of Nature this weekend (8th & 9th June).
www.bnhc.org.uk/festival-of-nature/bristol-festival-nature-2/
We will have the usual Parks Forum table with a map of Bristol’s parks as part of the display and as I mentioned in the last update it would be great to have some volunteers to help. If you have any leaflets or flyers you would like displayed we can add them to the table.
The Festival is open this year each day from 10am to 6pm and we are particularly looking for cover in the afternoons. The Foundation will be asking people to complete postcards to tell us where their favourite park is and why they like it.
If you are able to help, please let me know in advance if you can, but we would also be pleased to see you if you find you have an hour or two free on the day.
