Products You've Got To Have

Want to improve your glute training? Use these products!

Recently I've gotten a ton of questions about what products are great to have on hand when you want to train your glutes.

Other than the obvious answer....WEIGHTS....here are a few of the glute training products I love. (And all of them you can easily add to even the smallest home gym!)

The Power Wheel
The Power Wheel is a great tool to help you train your ENTIRE CORE, including your butt cheeks. Here is one of my favorite Power Wheel Workouts. (There is also another great, super torturous one in my Elite Workout Library!)

Mini Bands
A super cheap product that takes up no space whatsoever, mini bands are a great tool to help activate the glutes from every angle. If you want your butt cheeks to feel like they are on fire, then you must use mini bands! Here are 10 Great Mini Band Moves to help you get your glutes firing!
The Jungle Gym XT
A suspension trainer is an AMAZING product to help you work your glutes. With it you can do a variety of single leg lunges and glute bridges. (Bonus: The Jungle Gym XT can be used to torture your entire body!)

Trigger Point Tools
Whether or not you have a fancy spikey ball or a simple tennis ball, trigger point tools are ESSENTIAL for any glute training program. Because we sit all day, our hips are tight, which prevents our glutes from firing. Rolling out your tight hips will help your glutes fire so you can get more out of your workouts (and suffer from less low back pain)! Not comfortable with trigger point techniques, check out the Video Library!
****If I were to add a fifth product, I would add a box step for reverse hypers, step ups and step downs as well as glute bridges off a box. I didn't add this because you can always use a table or chair.....
