Greetings & Happy Fall from Mind Body Yoga!

We have been enjoying this beautiful Autumn in Austin. How about you? The rains, winds, and change seem to offer a deeper sense of clarity around what grounds and gives us strength. It’s all about the way we find harmony in those ‘in-between moments” and the transitions, isn’t it?
In the spirit of celebrating transitions, we are thrilled to announce that we are the new owners of Mind Body Yoga.

In the middle of October, the studio changed ownership from Preeti Bhat to over to us. We thank Preeti for the love and guidance she poured into the studio over the past few years.

Along with my partner Vikram & our daughter Akira, I would like to express our gratitude for the opportunity to continue growing and building this beautiful community through Mind Body Yoga. We look forward to knowing you and walking on this path together.

Around the Studio

You may have noticed some things have been moved. For example, the shoe cubbies are now up at the front, next to the sign in desk. Our sweet studio is in the process of being redecorated as we work with our design team. This shouldn’t affect any classes,  as the studio elves know to work during off-hours!

Upcoming Workshops

Faith Lynn will be leading an Introduction to Reiki Healing workshop for anyone interested in learning about Reiki healing. If you're curious about Reiki, this is a great place to start.

Food & Health

Pukka Tea sent us lots of tea samples! Next time you're at the studio, please take some with you. This particular tea has turmeric in it, which is excellent for joint health & boosting immunity, among other things. I have tried it and I must say it's very flavorful. The hint of cardamom and lemon verbena make it aromatic and flavorful.

We are elated, to walk this path.
We embrace the journey.

We move at a pace that brings joy. We stop when we need to.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We know that the best lessons come from what is yet to be discovered.

Though we know not what the future holds,
we trust it will be something good.

Life is beautiful! And for everything our journey has to offer,
we are deeply grateful.
