Tune In with Annelize Machado
Sunday July 14th 4 - 5:30pm 


Tune In offers a space for exploration of joyful, breath-centered movement. The session will begin with somatic exercises on the floor to release the neck, shoulders, back and hips. Annelize will then guide you through a set of warm-ups to prepare for a series of lightly choreographed movements around the room. This will be set to ambient music.

The intention is for you to enjoy moving through space, guided by the breath, in any way that feels right for you, in a judgement free zone. Dance experience not required.

Welcome back, Joseph David

We’re happy to welcome Joseph David back to Mind Body Yoga. You’ll be seeing him in various classes as he’ll be subbing. Join him for a Yin-inspired practice on July 11th & July 18th, Thursdays 6:30 - 7:45pm. 

This Fall, Joseph will also be leading an early morning weekday practice. If you love mornings, yoga makes it even better. There’s nothing like it! Stay tuned for details.

 

New!! Lunch time class

Beginning in August, join Faith Lynn for a 12 PM Lunchtime class on Fridays.

She’s looking forward to bringing us a Hatha & Vinyasa blended practice and we are getting ready for it! Feel energized, grounded and get set for your weekend.
