Wondering what kinds of self-care you can get into this week? We knew it! We've added some new workshops and classes to our schedule. 

For the parents out there, many of these classes would be beneficial for your teenage children, as well. Everything we offer is with the intention of creating more harmony and enhance inner peace. So if something sounds good to you, then we encourage you to try it out. If you have a question at all, just ask - we are here.

Yoga will be followed by a warm, vegan meal, for those who wish to stay.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, and my practice inspires me to live each day more mindfully. I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Black Swan Yoga in Austin, and I am trained in Ashtanga Yoga from my hometown of Mysore, India. I will always be a student of the practice, and I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.

In my Yoga classes, I love to combine yoga asana/posture sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of traditional wisdom to help you deepen your practice. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.

 Once a month from March - May, we will meet to learn and practice the art of restoring the systems of the body. Rejuvenate, de-stress and clear your mind. These workshops offer a more in-depth approach for students to learn new techniques, create practices for home and experience restorative yoga on a new level. 

 
 
Session 1 | March 15th 4:30 - 6pm
Focus : Healthy joints, muscles and mind

Focus : Joint Release, gentle exercise & creating simple
 home practice 

Session 2 | April 19th 4:30 - 6pm
Focus : Restorative Yoga, Deluxe. 

Explore & experience the long lasting benefits of restorative yoga on the nervous system and learn how you can replicate some of these poses at home with your pillows, blankets and towels. Nothing fancy required. 

Session 3 | May 17th 4:30 - 6pm
Focus : Nourish & Nidra
Learn all about Yoga Nidra and how this ancient guided meditation rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit. This workshop incorporates the full spectrum of relaxing practices; gentle yoga, restorative & guided meditation.
