STUDIO NEWS & a date to save...

Dear Ones,

Perhaps you have been journeying with us since October of last year? Or you've joined us somewhere along the way between then and now? Regardless of how our paths have crossed, we are thankful that they did.

Transformation has been in progress and I'm sure many can agree that true transformation happens from the inside out. This type of change is the most sustainable. It's how we approach our yoga practice, is it not? More than the shapes we make, it's the nature of the breath and mind that is unseen and behind all our actions, small or big.  I share this as I recall the changes our studio has gone through.

Over the past year, our studio has become like a second home to me and our family.  I intend for the energy that flows through it to be nurturing and welcoming for anyone that walks through the door. When you arrive, we hope you feel at ease, that you are able to be in at a mental/emotional place where you can let go of the life's perceived obstacles, breathe deeply and spend quality time to reflect and grow.

Looking back over this year, I am in deep appreciation of each of you - our teachers and students that show up to practice with diligence and generosity. In the process, we are creating community.

We are pleased with the way the studio has evolved to reflect our shared intentions of sanctuary, joy, mindfulness and connection. If you're still reading, then here's the news -  on October 12th, we're having a celebration to enjoy our newly revamped space. Our sweet studio will also be receiving a new name! Would you like to know what it is? Please save the date and come by between 4 - 7 pm, we'll have a schedule of events up soon.
