WINTER WELLNESS & MORE in 2019!
Our community is rich in knowledge about wellness & healthful practices. We will be hosting Amy Lohr, wellness coach & writer at our studio in January. She'll be leading a winter wellness workshop :
"Learning to stay healthy, stress-free and balanced
in the winter time".
As the seasons change, our needs change as well. This workshop combines the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Yin Yoga to give you nourishment and the tools to care for yourself in this season. We will focus on healing foods, lifestyle practices and yoga postures that give you vitality and balance in the winter months.
