Namaste & Greetings

What does this mean to you? Perhaps you feel happy when you go walking outdoors, gardening, spending time with a loved one, cooking, practicing yoga, writing, dreaming, making art, traveling or just being? Whatever it is, find a way to do more of that. 

If you aren't sure, then I encourage you to find some quiet time everyday, sit for a few minutes, listen and see what surfaces. I have found it common during yoga or meditation for an answer to emerge, or an inspiration to arrive with full clarity! If that happens for you, simply follow that inspiration after class, hold that feeling close to you and see where it leads you.

Tapping into your inner being will always lead you in the right direction , and this is the power of yoga. When you feel good and do more of (that) what you love, your body-mind-spirit are in harmony and that is a life-enhancing tool for anyone at any age.

Dear friends, our last Sound Bath was packed, but thankfully we managed to squeeze everyone in.
We strongly encourage you to make your reservations ahead of time & arrive by 4:15pm. Getting ready to rest takes some work, right? Blankets, bolsters, pillows, getting cozy... you know how it goes. 

Kailash Sound Bath will begin at 4:30pm and we want you to be ready to fully relax, enjoy and soak in all the healing vibrations
your body and mind can handle. 

Want to add Yoga before the Sound Bath?  
attend Slow Flow & Center w/Kendall at 3pm for $5

$25 | Single Ticket Sound Bath or $42 for 2 Tickets
