International Centre for Evidence in Disability, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine
Dear all,

Welcome to the February newsletter from the International Centre for Evidence in Disability (ICED).

On January 15 we had an interesting seminar on HIV and disability attended by almost 100 people. We hope that the lively discussions will lead to concrete plans. This month we are also excited about starting to work with GIZ on the inclusion of people with disabilities in social protection programmes in Tanzania and Peru.

During February we will be busy co-organising the conference on Global Disability and Health at the Public Health Foundation of India in Hyderabad, as well as running a short course there.

Please share it with your colleagues and let us know about items you would like included in future newsletters.  You can now also keep in touch with us on Twitter @ICED_LSHTM.
