Thank You!  On Behalf of Sweet Dream & Children in Greeley:

"Thanks to the two Kiwanis Clubs in Greeley for providing all the funds and the many volunteers for this beautiful  gifting event in Greeley!"

In 2016 Sweet Dream gifted 1427 children with new, beautiful, warm and comfy bedding!  In the past average years Sweet Dream have been gifting about 1000 children per year, so 2016 has been AMAZING!  Sweet Dream is so thankful to been able to bless so many children this past year.  It is only because of people like each of YOU-- Packing, Praying, Sewing, Gifting & Donating to support and care about these precious children!

Kiwanis Castle Rock Aktion Club Donates Funds

The Aktion Club has raised funds by packaging nut & bolts for license plates for Douglas County. One of the objectives of Aktion Club is to engage in light fund raising activities for the purpose of giving our members the joy of donating the funds raised to a charity of their choice.  The club of young people with disabilities voted to donate to Sweet Dream!  What a gift of LOVE and CARING!!  Sweet Dream will be purchasing pillows with the donated funds--means lots of children will have their own soft, comfy pillow to sleep every night because of the Kiwanis Castle Rock Aktion Club!

Thank you to all the volunteers that make every Gifting Event so SPECIAL!
The volunteers make each child feel cared about, special and loved....keep checking the Event Calendar on the website:

Sharing The Sweet Dream Experience With Others

Susie & Wayne give presentations to many different kinds of groups talking & explaining about how Sweet Dream impacts children all over the Front Range area.  If your club, school class, sports team, church group or business would like a Susie 303-507-2098

An Easy Way To Donate to Sweet Dream

In this new year consider a monthly donation of $50, that would provide a beautiful Sweet Dream Bag to one child per month---that would be 12 children per year you would be providing for!  You can make a monthly reoccurring donation on the Sweet Dream website thru PayPal, it is an easy way  to make sure Sweet Dream has enough bedding for each precious child that has so very little.  Together we have made a huge impact--there are so many children that still need cozy, warm bedding of their very own!!!

ALAMOSA -At least 31 Alamosa kids are sleeping comfortably tonight thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Alamosa and Sweet Dream in a Bag. The duo teamed up to gift children designated by La Puente in transitional housing with new bedding packages. The event was held on October 13 at Sacred Heart Church. Kiwanis Club of Alamosa President Andy Rice said, "a good night's sleep is vital to a kid's success in life. When kids are well rested, they can learn more in school, live healthier lives, and have energy to play." The bedding was donated by Sweet Dream in a Bag, a non-profit from in Centennial. Each child received a bedding package containing a new comforter, pillow, sheet set, fleece blanket, small stuffed toy, wooden car, tooth paste, tooth brush and a personalized book with their name in it. The volunteers from Alamosa Kiwanis, AHS Key Club and PALS read a story with the children called "You are Awesome." La Puente staff brought pumpkins donated from a local farmer for the children to decorate with paint and painted the children's faces with their favorite characters. I Kiwanis International is an organization committed to serving children of the world, improving the world one child and one community at a time. Plan a  Packing Party
Want to share the excitement & fun of Sweet Dream with friends and co-workers?  You can plan and sponsor a Packing Party.  Sweet Dream does all the work to get prepared.  We bring all the needed items to pack, your group just needs to raise half the funds for the event and  provide the people to pack. Susie would love to share how you can do this. She will come share about Sweet Dream with your group to get everyone excited about this great opportunity!    Susie:303-507-2098
