Dear TMPF Supporter,

Since the recession, parks departments in the Reno/Sparks area have sustained massive cuts to budget, personnel, and maintenance. This has resulted in the general deterioration of our parks and recreation facilities. TMPF believes it is imperative that we emphasize quality of life in Truckee Meadows by investing in these vital public resources.

Our city and county representatives are currently deliberating the 2015-16 budget, and it is time to remind them how important parks are to our economy, health, and overall quality of life. 

I ask you to please take two minutes out of your day to show your support. Follow the link below to find a separate letter supporting parks managed by Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County. Read and sign your respective city's letter and do the same for Washoe County. The letters will automatically be sent to your appropriate elected representatives and managers. 

With your help, we can show how much the citizens of Truckee Meadows care about our parks.
